Terms of sale.

1. Research use only. All products offered by Black Ice Peptides ("we", "us", "the Company") are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. Products are NOT drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and are not approved by the FDA or any comparable authority. They are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and are NOT for human, veterinary, or clinical use. By purchasing, buyer represents and warrants they are a qualified researcher, professional, or authorized purchaser of legal age (21+) and will handle all materials in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and good laboratory practice.

2. Buyer acknowledgment. By placing an order, buyer acknowledges (a) products are not for human or animal consumption or administration by any route; (b) buyer will not resell or redistribute products for any consumptive or therapeutic purpose; (c) buyer assumes all risk associated with handling, storage, and disposal of research materials.

3. Prohibited jurisdictions and end uses. We do not knowingly ship to individuals or entities that intend to use products for human consumption, veterinary administration, or resale into consumer channels. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where local law prohibits sale or where buyer credentials cannot be verified.

4. Pricing and availability. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. In-stock lots are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with refund.

5. Shipping. Orders ship generally the same or next business day for in-stock lots. Buyer bears risk of loss upon carrier acceptance. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If a shipment arrives compromised, buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt for evaluation.

6. All Sales Final — No Returns, No Refunds. Because research peptides are temperature-sensitive biochemical materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, regardless of whether product has been opened, unopened, or unused. Chain of custody cannot be verified once product leaves our cold-chain, and re-selling returned material is unsafe. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this policy. The only exception is documented shipping damage (see §7) or a verified fulfillment error on our part (wrong product shipped) reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Warranties and disclaimers. Products are warranted to meet the specifications on the certificate of analysis for the corresponding lot. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. We make no representation regarding suitability of products for any specific application beyond the analytical characterization documented in the COA.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Black Ice Peptides, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense arising from buyer's use, storage, handling, or disposal of products, or from buyer's breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use of the site or placement of a new order constitutes acceptance.
