Verification · COA lookup

Look up any lot's full analytical record.

Enter the lot number printed on your vial to pull its complete testing package: HPLC purity trace, mass-spec identity, endotoxin, heavy metals, appearance, water content, and method. Every lot. Every test. Signed and dated.

Lot numbers appear on the vial label and on the packing slip. Case-insensitive.

// How we test

Every lot passes six tests before release.

1

Reverse-phase HPLC

Quantitative purity determination. Every lot integrated by chromatogram and reported to two decimal places. Minimum spec: ≥ 99.0%.

2

Mass spectrometry (ESI-MS)

Molecular identity confirmation. Observed mass compared to calculated mass — must fall within ± 0.5 Da.

3

Endotoxin (LAL)

Limulus amebocyte lysate assay. Reported in EU/mg with the pass threshold shown per lot.

4

Heavy metals

Pb, Cd, Hg, As screened by ICP-MS. All values reported in ppm against USP <232> limits.

5

Water content (KF)

Karl Fischer titration on the lyophilized cake. Spec: ≤ 6.0%. Higher water = shorter shelf life.

6

Appearance & solubility

Visual check against reference standard, plus reconstitution test in bacteriostatic water. Documented for every lot.

// The paper trail

What you actually get.

  • Signed COA PDF — one page, one lot, one signature, one date.
  • HPLC chromatogram — the actual integrated trace, not a summary graphic.
  • MS spectrum — full m/z scan showing the parent ion and any adducts.
  • Endotoxin report — LAL result in EU/mg with the reference threshold.
  • Heavy metals panel — Pb / Cd / Hg / As values with USP limits alongside.
  • Analyst signature + test date — this is the audit trail.
// Frequently asked

Common questions.

Can I download the COA before I buy?

Yes. Every lot's COA is public — no account required. Look it up here or click View COA on any product card.

What if my lot isn't found?

Double-check the number on the vial and packing slip. Lot numbers look like BI-####-A. If it still doesn't appear, contact us with your order code and we'll pull the record manually within one business day.

How often do you re-test?

Every new lot is tested on arrival before it's released for sale. High-turnover SKUs get re-tested at 90 days if a lot remains in inventory.

Do you name your analytical lab?

We don't publicly name our lab partner (contractual). What we publish is the method, the analyst signature, and the test date on every certificate — the audit trail is what matters.

My institution needs a signed COA on letterhead. Can I get one?

Yes — lab accounts get bulk COA packets on request. See Lab Accounts for details.
