First 3 orders
Once your institutional account is approved, your first three orders ship on Net-15 terms. Invoice due 15 days after ship date.
4th order onward
After three on-time payments, your account auto-upgrades to Net-30. Invoice due 30 days after ship date.

How approval works.

- We verify the institution (public directory, listed research site, or matching billing address).
- W-9 exchange — we send you our W-9, you send yours.
- Approval within 1–2 business days. You get a lab-account code and named contact.
- First order ships on Net-15 with a PO or approved billing reference.

What counts as an institution?
Universities, colleges, contract research organizations (CROs), biotech, pharma, government / federal labs, and incorporated private research labs. Individual researchers get volume pricing but not net terms.
Can I stack the volume discount with the 10% crypto discount?
Yes. Both apply to the product subtotal. Shipping and packing fees aren't discounted.
How long does approval take?
1–2 business days after we receive the completed form and W-9 exchange.
What happens if I miss a Net-15 payment?
1.5% per month late fee, and your net terms revert to prepay until the account is current. We'd rather sort it out — reach out if you need an extension.
Can I ship to a non-institutional address?
Prepay orders can ship to any US address. Net-terms orders must ship to the institutional address on file.
Do you have a minimum order?
No account minimum. Volume-tier discounts kick in at the thresholds shown above.
